Parental Leave

TreviPay provides 100% pay for 8 weeks to employees who give birth to a child. We also provide 4 weeks of paid leave to employees following the birth of a child or placement of a child in connection with adoption or foster care.

Aspiria Fitness Center

Employees who live in Kansas City can join the onsite Campus Fitness center at no change and with no monthly fees. The Fitness Center features cardiovascular and strength equipment, group classes, sauna, basketball courts, walking trails and more.

Netherlands Benefits Highlights

  • Full-Time employees are entitled to 25 days annual leave, 6 paid bank holidays, 1 floating holiday, volunteer time & marriage leave
  • EAP Program at no cost to employee
  • 70/30 contribution pension plan with Nationale Nederlanden

Costa Rica Benefits Highlights

  • Full-Time employees can accumulate up to 12 days annual leave each year. You also receive up to 11 paid holidays, personal days, volunteer time as well as marital and parental leave 
  • Medical and Dental coverage is paid 100% by TreviPay
  • EAP Program at no cost to employee. 

Australia Benefits Highlights

  • EAP Program at no cost to employee
  • Paid time-off:  Up to 11 paid holidays based on location. Maternity and partner/paternity leave and volunteer time
  • Statutory contributions of superannuation made by TreviPay on behalf of employees.
