TreviPay Grants Hot Tub & Movie Make-A-Wish®

Griffin is a homeschooled student who loves spending time with his twin brother, friends, and family. He is always looking for something fun to do around the house, so when he was chosen as a wish recipient by Make-A-Wish® Missouri & Kansas he knew exactly how to use it: a hot tub to enjoy with his loved ones. 

After battling cancer throughout the pandemic, 10-year-old Griffin and his family were ready to relax and enjoy some much-needed downtime. TreviPay was thrilled to plan a wish reveal party for Griffin where he could showcase his new hot tub while watching a movie on an outdoor screen.  

TreviPay’s team went right to work creating a reveal party that would be a night Griffin would never forget. We assembled snack packs of movie essentials including popcorn, candy and other treats, tied ribbons on lap blankets to protect against the evening chill, and set up a projector on an outdoor screen. As an added bonus, TreviPay donated the projector, movie screen and lights to create a unique wish enhancement for Griffin. 

No party is complete without the guest of honor’s name in lights, and we were happy to oblige. Add in themed decorations and McDonald’s burger and fries for the crowd and the stage was set for Griffin to take his first dip in his whirlpool. As the sun set that Sunday night, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings began to play.
